Vistara being the loss-making airline, is now in the route of profitability by the launch of international flights to grow it on a larger scale. Due to Covid-19, the airlines will operate under certain restrictions, and also they introduced the bilateral air bubble arrangements.
India has signed a bilateral air pact with the U.K., Germany, and France. So that the airlines can operate smoothly and safely, after February, when Vistara got its first B787-9 aircraft, mow it has got the second B787-9 on Saturday. The Delhi-London flights will take off three times a week, the source said. In India and Germany and India and France, more likely, the full-service carrier will operate, and to be expected, the destinations of these flights are to be Frankfurt and Paris, respectively. But still, the connected cities to India has not confirmed yet by Vistara.
Due to the pandemic, and the restrictions on travel for the safety purpose of the public, has wrecked the airlines business which had the impact on the employees by pay cuts, and dismissed to conserve cash as all the Scheduled flights continue to remain suspended in India since March 23, though India has started the domestic airlines on May 25 after two months of pause. There are hopes to restart all the things accordingly with all the safety measures.
